Return & Refund Policy
We’re committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please follow the return procedure below.
1. Return Procedure
Once you’ve informed our customer service of your intention to return an item, you’ll receive detailed instructions, including the address for the return shipment. Returned products must be:

In their original packaging and complete with all accessories, manuals, etc.

Accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice (you may email it if needed).
2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of a defective product or a confirmed non-conformity.

If, after inspection, the product is found to be defective or non-conforming, all return costs will be reimbursed.
3. Processing Returns

Once the returned product is received, we will review it promptly.

The customer will be notified when the return has been accepted for processing.

If the return is approved, we will proceed with either:

an exchange, or
-
a refund of the amount paid, according to the customer’s choice.

The exchange or refund will be carried out within 30 days (except where additional investigations are required).
4. Exceptions & Grounds for Refusal

Products that are incomplete, damaged, or used by the customer will not be accepted.
